What we believe

Current research validates that, in the context of change, focusing on people, culture and behaviors is the key to sustaining change over time. The reality is that change is the only constant.

Why it works

Theory is only as good as praxis and application. Everything that is taught or used, by way of science and theory, is directly tied to practical application and skill building toward mastery of specific behaviors. Karl Laird

Karl has been working with global leaders and their teams across the world for over 14 years to enhance their ability to work more effectively personally and collaboratively with each other, their teams and clients.

This takes place through 360 and psychometric assessments, executive coaching, team building and the creation and implementation of formal workshops and programs.

Karl believes a leader’s ability to function and behave at their best is grounded in one’s ability to be self | socially aware and able to interact effectively with others outside one’s immediate circle of expertise and/or responsibility. This goal is best achieved through assessments and owning and enhancing one’s strengths and risk managing one’s challenges.

Richard Kalb

Richard holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and has extensive experience working with high-powered teams and individuals inleadership positions. This includes professional staff on multiple levels in University and Counseling settings throughout his career. 

Richard has also advised and coached numerous individuals for over 30 years, including undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and administrative leaders in higher education. He has helped them develop goals and objectives for successful career paths and meaningful pathways for living a fulfilling life.   

Richard’s approach focuses on helping individuals accurately assess their abilities and skills that build on and expand them to develop realistic outcomes resulting in success. This could involve strategies for developing confidence with an application or resume or building emotional intelligence to become an influential executive leader.
